Through strategic negotiation, I was able to secure the home for $35,000 under the original asking price, along with $4,900 in seller concessions.
After closing terms were agreed upon, the seller removed additional items from the home that were not supposed to be taken. I addressed the issue immediately and negotiated an additional $1,000 credit to compensate the buyers for the damages.
