Many new homeowners when purchasing a home don’t get sewer scopes and often their realtors don’t even know they can get a sewer scope done and current homeowners don’t often continue to have their sewer scoped throughout the time period of owning their home.

So we figured it was important to interview one of our preferred home inspection companies on the ins and outs of sewer scopes and how to maintain sewer lines. We interviewed Michele Walker of En-Vision Property Inspections on this topic.

Oftentimes, a plumber will recommend snaking your drain and water jetting your drain to remove blockages and debris when that can also damage your sewer as well.
