Is A Dog Run A Good Idea?

When buying a home, it’s important to consider that if you really want a fence and you’re looking to purchase a condo or you’re looking to in a certain subdivision or even a certain city such as West Bloomfield, they may not allow for you to have a fence. And so what most people consider is that they have a pet.

They may want to get an electrical fence, which obviously it’s not visible to people that there is a fence there. Or if it’s just for privacy, you may be able to build some trees around. But what most people don’t consider is that if you really want to get it for your pet and you don’t want an electrical fence, that you may want to consider what’s called a dog run.
