Is It A Good Time To Sell A House Right Now?

If you’re thinking about selling your home, this year, specifically, you may want to really be in a position to go ahead and move forward. Because if you look at the fact that the economy, it is where it is people are taking on a lot more debt. They may get squeezed where they have to sell their home, even if they don’t want to sell their home.

And if people are in a position to buy, but the interest rates continue to go up instead of dropping, and people may lose their jobs more, obviously, that can greatly impact the real estate market and what you could sell your home for throughout the rest of the year.

Right now, it’s still a seller’s market, we are seeing some areas soften. So if it were me and I wanted to sell, I would sell now versus waiting later because later may mean longer time to get it sold and less money in your pocket.
