A lot of people get into real estate after watching one of those real estate reality shows and thinking that real estate is going to be easy and it’s a quick and easy way to make a lot of money. And the reality is that’s not really how real estate works.

Yes, there are some easy transactions. Yes, if you contact your sphere, you may get a lot of ready and willing and able buyers and sellers to work with you. But it is a lot of hard work work if you’re going to be a great realtor; meaning your processes…. Are you trying to protect your client also while selling, or are you only a salesperson and you don’t care about your client at all?

So it’s a lot of factors that determine how much effort it takes to really produce a transaction that works for you and your clients. But it is real work and effort. So if you have any questions, leave a comment below. And of course, close with Patrice!
