Living In Shenandoah Golf & Country Club Estates West Bloomfield, MI

In West Bloomfield, there is a large subdivision called the Shenandoah Golf and Country Club Estates, which there’s different subdivisions in the Shenandoah community. But I would say that this subdivision is ideally for small or growing families because of the size of the homes.

Typically you will have at least about four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, if not more, but also families that like nature or like seclusion. Because you do have a lot of trees in the neighborhood and you have the opportunity to live on the lake, have a view of the lake, and there’s actually a lot of trails nearby, such as the well known Arrowhead Road Trail, which is only a few minutes drive as well.

It’s also a unique community because you do have a lot of hilly ravines, which are homes that are essentially built on hills, which obviously a lot of times gives you the opportunity that you can actually view the Woodpecker Lake that you’re nearby. And then what’s great about this community too, is that because you have the opportunity to live on a golf course as well, you could have a home where you don’t really necessarily have to choose between do I want to be near the golf course or do I want to be near the lake? Because you could actually have both.

Obviously you can’t be living on the lake and on the golf course, but you have the opportunity to be around both. Right? And the country club has opportunities as well because you could always have events at the banquet center and then you’re conveniently located towards the West Bloomfield High School, which is only about ten minutes away. So not bad at all. My listing that I had over there, I call it the Hilly Ravine because it is the one that is on such a steep hill. But as I said before, this does give you opportunities to view the lake.
