Michigan Housing Market [Q3 Market Update 2024]

Michigan real estate broker Patrice Henderson discusses how the real estate market is currently as of the 2nd quarter of 2024 for home buyers and sellers and an important update that will change the way real estate is sold with realtors.

It’s still a seller’s market but not like it was in 2022 or 2023. It’s not as aggressive and there are certain factors for a house that will better determine if you can expect the home to sell fast and potentially have a bidding war.

So if you’re considering selling, now may be the best time before the market possibly shifts but until we have more people looking to sell their home in comparison to people looking to buy a home, it will remain a seller’s market.
