Should You Upgrade An Outdated Bathroom?
One of the ways to substantially increase the value of your home is to update the bathrooms. Most of the time, buyers and appraisers view bathrooms as one of the biggest ways to determine if a home is updated or not.
And even though you may have several bathrooms, that may be a lot to consider, if you only had to focus on one bathroom to update it, I would say it’d be the primary bathroom. That’s because the owner that’s going to live in the home is going to spend most of your time in that particular bathroom, so that’s when the one they care about the most.
And a lot of times it’s the biggest bathroom, too. So the more you do in that bathroom, obviously, that can have a greater impact as well.
