What Are The Interest Rates Today?

Real estate broker in Michigan Patrice Henderson and Mortgage Broker Joshua Rubin discuss what the interest rates are currently, will they be decreasing and what options home buyers and people looking to sell and buy another home have to overcome the higher interest rates.

Although interest rates are higher than have been over the past few years, these are considered to be more normal rates and usually helps settle the inflation of home prices even though it’s currently still a seller’s market. As a result of the rate increase, it’s not as aggressive of a seller’s market however.

The expectation is that the interest rates will start to come down further during the election but it’s not guaranteed.
