What Defines An Appraisal Inspection?
An appraisal inspection and a private home inspection are very different things. An appraiser is looking to seek the value of the home. They also are going to visually inspect the home, especially if the home is being purchased through a VA or FHA.
And sometimes, conventional, they’re going to consider some things that they may flag that need to be fixed prior to closing. Whereas a private home inspector, they’re letting the buyer know any and everything about the property.
So if please leave a comment below. Please share with anyone if you think it’ll be helpful to. And as always, close with Patrice.
***keep in mind that not always will something be flagged during an appraisal inspection.***
