What Does MSHDA Do In Michigan?
If you’ve been looking to purchase a home and take advantage of one of those first time home buyer programs, but you’ve had too much income and your purchase price is too high, this video is especially going to be for you.
Coming around May of this year, MSHDA, also known as the Michigan State Housing Development Authority will most likely be increasing the purchase price for their loans to be $510,000, which is awesome news because typically the purchase price is at a max of $224,500.
And so what this means is if you’re a first home buyer, which could also mean that you’re someone who hasn’t owned a home in the last three years, by the way, is you can have a higher income, you can get down payment assistance, and also get the lower interest rates for that higher purchase price.
And so if you have any questions, please leave a comment below. Please share with anyone you think it’ll be helpful to. And as always, close with Patrice.
