What Is A 30-Year Mortgage Rate Right Now? by Patrice Henderson of Designed Living Real Estate
According to Yahoo Finance, mortgage interest rates have increased for the fifth week in a row, in which now they are back at over 7 % at 7.04 % for the average 30-year fixed mortgage.
And of course, this isn’t information that anybody wants to hear. But what we should take out of this is that if you’re thinking about buying or selling a home this year, waiting is probably not the best plan of action as we’re seeing currently.
And of course, we have a lot of factors and things going on with the economy and real estate that can greatly impact it going forward to where waiting is definitely not the best idea.
