What Is A Listing Presentation?

What is a listing presentation? Well, depending on who you hire as your realtor or broker, that can mean different things.

But it really should be a presentation that’s educating you on the process of selling your home, showing you what they’re going to do for you and getting the home sold in terms of their team, their negotiation skills, marketing, all that good stuff, along with giving you property information on what the home would be worth in order to get the home sold.
