What Is An Eagle Title Policy?
When purchasing a home, many home buyers end up getting what’s called a standard owner’s policy for their title and in reality, what buyers really should be looking to obtain is an Eagle owner’s title policy, which their buyer’s agent will need to most likely change their purchase agreement in order to reflect that, get the seller to pay for that or, if it’s a competing property, have the buyer pay for the difference if they do have the full coverage.
And basically the difference is having full coverage versus standard coverage for your title work. And so if you have any questions, please leave a comment below, Please share with anyone you think it’d be helpful to and as always, close with Patrice.
