What Is The Purpose Of A Crawl Space?
If a home doesn’t have a basement, that means that it’s typically built on either a slab or a crawl space.
And a slab is going to be a large, thick piece of concrete, stone or wood that is used to support the construction of the home, whereas a crawl space is going to be a small room below the main floor of the property, and it could be big enough to hold your hot water heater, your furnace and things like that, or it’s too small to hold much of anything.
