What Realtors Don’t Know About The Home Inspection?
A lot of realtors don’t realize they could be setting up their sellers for failure as a result of the home inspection period. And this is because what happens usually during a private home inspection, there are many things that come up that the buyer may want to negotiate on or they may be satisfied with.
And two of the ways that they could handle this is getting a price reduction or concessions. And so if one of these options are selected and agreed upon that listing agent should be making sure that there’s added language in there to protect their seller from the buyer’s agent and the buyers coming back and asking for more.
To make sure that now we’re really past the inspection phase. So if you have any questions, please leave a comment below. Please share with anyone you think it’d be helpful to. And as always, close with Patrice.
