Will The Market Be Better in 2024?

The real estate market in 2023 was a different market than typical because not only did we have less inventory than what we normally have, we also had increases in interest rates throughout the year, which made it very challenging.

This is because typically when the interest rates go up, it becomes a buyer’s market. However, because there’s been very low inventory, meaning there’s not that many homes for sale in comparison to the buyers that are looking to buy; it remained a seller’s market.

This year there will likely be more homes for sale and possibly decreases in interest rates but watch the video to learn more on what you can expect this year and reach out to us should you have any questions or concerns.
